He is survived by: his father Robert Bialota of North Canton, Ohio.; his wife Jean Lallathin of Seminole, Florida; his siblings, Robert Bialota of Largo, Florida and Kimberly Bialota Werth; his brother-in-law Robert Werth of Phoenix, Arizona; his stepchildren, Brian and Sue Johnson of Suffield; his granddaughter Lauren Johnson; his stepson Dave Johnson of Suffield; his grandson Ryan Johnson; his stepdaughter Christine Johnson of Akron, Ohio.; and his nephews, Alex Werth of Dallas and Nathan Werth of Scottsdale. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, and uncles.
