She is survived by: her children, Robert Sleppy Jr. (Cheryl) and Katherine Carley (Phil); her grandchildren, Bobby (Juslin), Steven, Valerie Lewis, John (Erin), Christine and Joey Sleppy; her great grandchildren, Ava, Easton, Hannah, Blake and Vivian; and her sister Dorothy Bernardoand. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Pasadena Community Church Music Ministry or Empath Hospice.

“I extend my sympathy to all of the family members for the loss of Marian, who was a dear friend too all. I will never forget meeting both Marian and Bob Sleepy fifteen years ago and having the pleasure to sing with them over these many years. Recently, our conversations were over the phone only, when we would talk about many subjects, but music would usually being the main subject. I will also never forget Marians 'Melodious Soprano Voice', I would hear when we sang together. R.I.P., my friend.”
