He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Jay Cockrell and Gail Kathleen Cockrell (Taylor); and his brother Robert Cockrell. He is survived by: his sisters, Laura Stockmar and Marylin Stroud; his children, Richard Watson (Tiffany), Anthony Watson (Courtney), Michael Cockrell (Donna), Adam Cockrell (Tiffany) and Cheyenne Cockrell; and his pet Kelly. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
