She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Medlock and Fay Medlock; and her brother Pete Medlock. She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Hetrick, Lisa Cunningham (Jim) and Karen Wilbourn; her sister-in-law Louise Medlock; and her sibling's children, Diane Stevens and Barry Medlock. She is also survived by ten grandsons and several great grandsons & great granddaughters; and one great, great grandson.
