He was predeceased by: his brother Paul; and his parents, Virginia Hofstra and Ken Hofstra. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly; his sons, Peter (Candice) and Clayton (Sara); and his grandchildren, James, Christian, David, Ariana and Julianna.
