He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Waters and Lula Belle Waters; and his siblings, Newell Waters and Ilene Lawler. He is survived by: his caregiver Daisy "Irene" Waters; his children, Brenda Lane (David) of DeLeon Springs, Vernon Waters (Lisa) of Pierson and Kenny Waters (Luanne) of Seville; and his grandchildren, Landon Lungren (Melodie), Craig Lungren, Jennifer Green (Heath), Eric Waters (Kelsey), Corey Waters (Megan), Jessica Bell (Edgar) and Megan Bell (Santos).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (1804 Church St, Seville, FL 32190). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
