He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Hilton Rowell and Virginia Edith Rowell (Tedder); and his sister Florrie Burroughs. He is survived by: his significant other Patricia Ann Ezell Rowell; his children, Darla Zorn (Marty) of Knoxville, TN., Auley Keith Rowell (Kim) of Shady Grove and William Brent Rowell (Traci) of Shady Grove; his grandchildren, Katy, Summer, Kendall Rowell (Tallahassee), William, Samuel Zorn (Knoxville), Jesse Lewis (Tiffany) of Perry, Crystal Knight of Cleveland, OH, Ayana Cruce and Jalyn Sheppard of Perry; his great grandchildren, Landon Lewis, Chase Knight and Casten Cruce; and his siblings, Sara Nell Grubbs, Dale, Walter and Randy Rowell. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
