He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas A. Bevino and Alba Rose Bevino. He is survived by: his wife Ann F. Bevino of Shalimar, Florida; his daughters, Gina Bevino (Lee Gilreath) of Pensacola, Florida and Toni Bevino of Shalimar, Florida; his brother Jerry Bevino (Terry) of Bryson City; his brother-in-law Jimmy Faulkner (Kelley) of Andalusia, Alabama.; and his caregivers, Olivia, Laura, Linda, Minnie, Sam, Sarita, Tasha and Akima.
