She is survived by: her children, Leonard Polomski, Jr. (Linda), Michael Polomski (Peggy), Mark Polomski (Hady), Debbie Deatherage (Michael) and Linda Kryk. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
