He is survived by: his wife Shirley Temple; his sons, John Randall (Lisa) and Milton Bradford; his son-in-law Matt Clark; and his grandchildren, Rachel Mason (Daniel), Shana Clark, Skye Wilson (Janie), Jonathan Clark and Chandler Clark. He is also survived by three great-grandsons.
