Cotter of Weatherford, TX; her nieces, Brenda White, Angela White of Michigan and April Cotter; and her nephew Nick Cotter of Texas.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the McLaughlin Mortuary (17 Chestnut Ave SE, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Heritage Gardens Cemetery (2201 Partin Dr N, Niceville, FL 32578).
