He is survived by: his wife Teresa Russell; his children, Jason David Russell and Danielle Marie Penrod; his son-in-law Tyler Penrod; his grandchildren, Heidi Penrod and Asher Penrod; and his sisters, Angela Russell and Dawn Ylipelkonen.
