As we bid Garland farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Garland is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Wilson and Cassie Wilson; and his siblings, Betty Sue, Jackie and Brian Kieth.
He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Garland Wilson Jr. (Lurrylynn), Ava Miller (Gary) and Cassie Yvonne Woods (Jeff); and his siblings, Harold Wilson (Barb), Janice Cox (Jack) and Rhonda Smith (Mike). He is also survived by 27 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
