He is survived by: his wife Linda Runions; his daughters, Tammy J Burk, Kathy J Essig and Urbana; and his grandchildren, Christopher Burk, Brooke Hawkins, Holly Roberson, Jason Burk, Larissa Merritt and April Arnold.
