He was predeceased by: his parents, Davis Ramsey and Mozelle Baker Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Howell Ramsey; his children, Philip Ramsey (Wendy Ramsey) of Cary, NC and Rebecca Ramsey (Hendrik Chen) of Oviedo, FL.; his granddaughters, Gabriella and Elena Chen; his sister Cynthia Ramsey (Dino) of Albuquerque; and his caregiver Brandy Williford.
