She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Hall and Essie Hall; her husband Charles Joseph "Charlie" Hinson; her daughter Joyce Jackson; her son-in-law Lamar Boone; her brothers, James Hall and Irving Hall; and her stepsiblings, Clifford "Tip" Johns, Otis Hall and Eunice Dykes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kaye Boone and Karen Jo Jones; her grandchildren, Julie Jackson Coombes (Jon), Melanie Alexander (Dana), Jamey Jones (Cristina), Jason Jones, Michael Jackson and Jake Boone (Abby); her sister Mary King; and her son-in-law Pasco Jackson.
