She was predeceased by: her father Henry Clay Ishee; and her children, Carl Phillmon, Camilla McCoy, Margaret Hiers and Paul Phillmon.
She is survived by: her mother Virgie Viola; her children, Larry Phillmon (Charlotte) and Lanelle Phillmon-Allen (Jeannie); her grandchildren, Justin Phillmon, Jacob Phillmon, Shawn Phillmon, Amanda Phillmon, Allen McPhaul, Christopher Searcy (Amanda), Joshua Phillmon and Trevor Phillmon; and her great grandchildren, Gracie McPhaul, Kayson McPhaul, Sammy Searcy and Maxton Searcy.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to her home church Cypress Grove Assembly of God 3250 Cypress Grove Road Grand Ridge, FL 32442 to the BGMC (Boys, Girls Missionary Challenge).
