She is survived by: her daughters, Patty Bruton-Joseph of Miami and Tangelia Stephens (Mitchell) of Miami; and her siblings, Tom Koonce (Emma) of Sneads, Ida Smith of Denver, Colorado, Rebecca Miller of Bonifay and Josephine Heatrice of Dacula, Georgia..
Viewing was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Little Zion Missionary Baptist Church (3100 Little Zion Rd, Sneads, FL 32460). The lying in state was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
