She was predeceased by : her parents, Evelyn Clyde McCormick (Harrell) and Truman Ellson Austin, Sr.; her husband Pete Adkins; and her daughter Tina Marie Adkins. She is survived by : her daughters, Kristy Ann Pumphrey (Charles) of Marianna and Merry Kay Adkins of Sneads, Florida; her half-siblings, Marcia Beth Raker (Carlos) of Crawfordville, Florida, Sidney Gwyn Austin (Linda) of Crawfordville and Truman Ellson Austin, Jr. of Crawfordville, Florida; her grandchildren, Joshua Bradford Adkins, April Michele Edenfield and William Earl Edenfield; and her great grandchildren, Tara Lynn Cloud and Tristian Lane Cloud.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Blountstown Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses 20402 NE Finley Ave, Blountstown, FL 32424.
