He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Irving and Jean Law McInnes Martin; and his wife Carole Jean Rising. He is survived by : his son Eagle Scouts; his grandchild Eagle Scouts; his sons, Scott David Martin and Keith Bradley Martin; his grandchildren, Tyler, Casey, Ava, Lauren, Trey, Jason and Natasha; and his great grandchildren, Hendrix, Max, Wolf and Charlie.

In lieu of flowers, a contribution may be made to any of the following organizations: Hospice of Volusia-Flagler The Helen Rising Fund at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 85 Chestnut St. Albany New York. The Heart and Vascular Institute, Cleveland Clinic Foundation, 9500 Euclid Ave Cleveland OH 44195.
