He was predeceased by : his mother Patricia Allen. He is survived by : his siblings, Melody McBeth (Sam) of Scotland, PA and Donald Allen of Hopewell, VA.; his nieces and nephews, Sean McBeth (Michelle), Tammy Armstrong (Michael), CJ Allen (Melanie) and GySgt Tessa Allen (Elizabeth); and his father Clifford Allen. He is also survived by his neighbors and friends.

Memorial contributions can be made to the American Stroke Association in Paul Allen's name.

“I will definitely miss Paulie coming into Good Times. I miss seeing him parking his scooter outside and getting his chair and beer put into place before he made his entrance. I will miss him yelling baby when he needed something and his goofy goodbyes. May he rest in peace and never be forgotten!”
