He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Houser and Harriett Houser; and his brother Dennis Houser. He is survived by: his significant other Joan Atkinson; his children, David Houser, Jr., Julie Douglas, Angela Holcomb and Jennifer Dragovich; and his sister Camille Martin. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
