He was predeceased by : his parents, Anthony DeFronzo and Loretta DeFronzo (Sarno); his former life partner Bernadette Monahan; his wife Elena Ranaudo; his brothers, Robert and Ronald C. DeFronzo; and his son-in-law James F. Henry.

He is survived by : his daughters, Susan M. Henry of Florida and Maryann Radley (Daniel) of Massachusetts; and his sister-in-law Delores DeFronzo of Massachusetts.

In lieu of flowers, please donate in memory of Anthony G. DeFronzo Jr. to one of his favorite charities, St. Jude Children's Hospital.
