He was predeceased by: his sister Connie LeConte; and his son Frank Chiusa. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Mary Meech Chiusa of Spring Hill, Florida; his children, David Chiusa of Normanna, Texas, Anthony (Sandie Chiusa) and Jo-Ann; his children-in-law, Tom DiCarlo of Farmingdale and Maja Chiusa of Williston Park; his grandchildren, T. J., Matthew, Christopher, Karrina, Steven, Alyssa of Philip, A. J. and Audrey; and his great grandchildren, Sklylar, Brielle and Leo.
