She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Couillard and Caroline Henrietta Couillard (Holzberger); and her siblings, Mildred Garza, Marie Forman, Cora Braun and William Collard.
She is survived by: her husband Frederick J. Lorentsen; her siblings, John Couillard and Judy Mervin; and her children, Richard Lorentsen (Debi Lorentsen), Fred Lorentsen (Grace Lorentsen), Deborah Dziegielewski (Greg Dziegielewski), William Lorentsen (Gertrude Lorentsen) and Christine Leslie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and her adopted family.
