She was predeceased by: her former husband Jim Perkins; and her son Stacey Perkins. She is survived by: her sons, Shawn Perkins (Judi) and Randy Perkins; her grandchildren, Austin, Ryan, Annie and Elizabeth; her stepbrother James Blanton; and her husband Tony. She is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
