It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Andrew Sr. (Spring Hill, Florida), who passed away on May 11, 2020, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father William D. "Andy" Andrew Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Rhea Taylor Simmonds of Leesburg; his children, Douglas Andrew Jr. (Whitney) of Blanchester, Ohio, Amy Goldschmidt (Keith) of Blanchester and Andrea Blankenbeckler (Beau) of Blanchester, Ohio; his siblings, Patrick Andrew of Spring Hill, Florida, Deby Worthing (Doug) of Spring Hill, Nicki Wagner (Gary) of Spring Hill and Tami Andrew of Land; his grandchildren, Grayson Goldschmidt, Kendle Goldschmidt, Lexie Andrew, Jack Andrew, Madison Creager, Abby Andrew, Tyler Blankenbeckler, Yasmine Blankenbeckler, Destiny Blankenbeckler, Hope Blankenbeckler and Mackenzie Blankenbeckler; his brothers, William D. "Billy" Andrew III and Dwayne Andrew; and his stepfather Malcolm Simmonds. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
