She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth David Lewis; and her son Damien Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Robert Malarchik (Diana), Regina Sell (Michael) and Randall Malarchik. She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren and 9 Great-Grandchildren.
