He was predeceased by: his parents, Roxie Goodgion Spraggs and Woodrow Wilson Spraggs; and his sister Donna Spraggs Beck. He is survived by: his wife Lynne; his son Frederick Ray Spraggs II (Lori); his grandchildren, Rebecca Parker-Bell (Seth), Mariah Dembroski (Conner) and Parker Lee Mitchell; and his great grandchild Freya Charlene Dembroski.
