He was predeceased by: his parents, George D. Moriarty Sr. and Anna May Lubold. He is survived by: his significant other Gloria Bird; his sister Patricia Duncan (Bill Duncan) of Connecticut; and his nieces, Jennifer House and Ann Johnson. He is also survived by two great-nieces; and one great-nephew.
