She was predeceased by : her parents, Parker Shoulders and Naomi Shoulders (Liggett); her sisters, Mary Jeanette Shoulders, Joretta Clark, Carolyn Barney and Ruthy Clyngenpeel; and her husband Darrell Richard Clearwater.
She is survived by : her siblings, Linda McClure and Tommy Shoulders (Beverly). She is also survived by many children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requested donations be made in Gwen's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
