“I met Howard in Norfolk Va where we worked together at RPIO while in the Navy. For two years we worked together, lived in the same apartment building and partied together. He was one of a kind and a great friend. We didn't see each other very often after the navy but still corresponded via telephone and text message. When we talked it was like we were taken back in time and we were those two young sailors who met those many years ago. I will miss him but will always cherish the memories.”
