He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip O'Donnell and Betty O'Donnell; and his brothers, Phillip, Donny and Pete of Pennsylvania.
He is survived by: his wife Jacklin; his children, Melissa (Bryan), Aurielle (Jacob) and Ryan (Samantha); his grandchildren, Alissa (Kaine) and Adin; and his siblings, Howard, Kenneth O'Donnell, Vick, Pat and Deloras. He is also survived by three step children and thirteen additional grandchildren.
