He was predeceased by: his parents, William A Lewis and Roberta J. Lewis; and his sister Juna Carrol. He is survived by: his wife Mary "Helen" Lewis; his daughter Elisha Jones (Marcus); his brothers, Gary (Becky Lewis), Mark (Nola Lewis) and Brian (Susan Lewis); his daughter-in-law Phyllis Harrison; his niece Sheri; his nephews, Shannon and Jeremy; his granddaughter Krissy; and his great grandchild Londyn.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Florida National Cemetery (6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513). Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Spring Hill Baptist Church (3140 Mariner Blvd, Spring Hill, FL 34609). A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Florida National Cemetery (6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513).
