He is survived by: his wife Mary "Helen" Lewis; his daughter Ellisha Jones (Marcus); his brothers, Gary (Becky Lewis), Mark (Nola Lewis) and Brian (Susan Lewis); his sister-in-law Phyllis Harrison; his niece Sheri; his nephews, Shannon and Jeremy; his granddaughter Krissy; and his great grandchild Londyn.
