In the vast expanse of eternity, Philomena shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Philomena farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her husband Edward B. DeAngelo; and her parents, Joseph Giovinazzo and Rose Giovinazzo. She is survived by: her sister Pauline; and her sisters-in-law, Mari Beth and Joan.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Downing Funeral Home (1214 Wendy Ct, Spring Hill, FL 34607). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Theresa Catholic Church (1107 Commercial Way, Spring Hill, FL 34607).
