With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis F. Ballou of Spring Hill, Florida, who passed away on June 19, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Phyllis may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Phyllis touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She is survived by: her husband Richard S. Ballou; her daughter Lucy Newman-Williams; and her brother Michael Frank.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Thomas B. Dobies Funeral Home - Hudson Chapel (9944 Hudson Ave, Hudson, FL 34667). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
