He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Circosta and Irene Conklin Circosta. He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth J. Brown (Peggy Thompson) of Newington, Connecticut and Lynne L.; his brother-in-law Elliott Kravitt of Columbia, Connecticut; his niece Jennifer (Todd Andro); and his nephew Kenneth J. Jr. (Michelle Brown).
