She was predeceased by: her husband Michael J. Brown; and her brother-in-law John Hale. She is survived by: her sisters, Mary Ruth Letsinger Hale of Chapmanville, WV, Perye Letsinger Kosempa (John) of Ocala and Betty Lou Letsinger Anderson (Dave) of Alpharetta, GA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Bruce McDonald United Methodist Church, to the United Methodist Women, in Man, WV.
