He is survived by: his wife Kathy Cacciola; his children, Adam Cacciola (Crystal), Sarah Fisher (Josh), Tommy Cacciola (Nicole), Chadd Christiansen (Amber), Jeramy Christiansen (Cindy) and Lindsay Graham (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Milo, Chloe, Elliot, Jacob, Joshua, Leila, Ryker, Gavin, Nikki, Andrew and Austin; his sister Liz Sotomayor; and his siblings-in-law, Dan Black (Sunjie) and Lori Black.
