He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; his brothers, James and Douglas Overcash; his children, Erica Phillips (Mark) of Easley, SC, Willliam Eric Overcash, Jr. of Myrtle Beach, SC and Justin Donald Overcash (Catherine) of Mocksville, NC.; and his stepdaughters, Jennifer and Christina Woodson of St. Cloud, FL. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
