He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Fahy Sr.; and his brother Thomas Fahy. He is survived by: his wife Tracie Lynne Ford-Fahy; his sons, Daniel Kelly Fahy, Michael Patrick Fahy and Joseph Thomas Fahy; his mother Ann Fahy; and his sisters, Mary and Eilleen. He is also survived by brother and sister in laws, nieces and nephews.
