She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Johnson and Ivos Johnson; her in-laws, C. Frank Sr. and Mildred A. Hethington; and her sister-in-law Kaye Clark.
She is survived by: her husband Lewis Hethington; her children, Lorne Hethington and Lori Olivarez (Teddy); her siblings, Joe Johnson (Donna) and Glenda Moore; and her granddaughter Rachael Barnhart.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Lisa's honor to the Gentiva Foundation, Mayo Clinic, or Baptist Medical Center South.
