He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Ahrendt (Myriam) of Bay Village, Ohio, Scott Ahrendt (Dawn) of St. Johns, Florida and Randy Ahrendt of Warwick; and his grandchildren, Ana Ahrendt, John Ahrendt, Daniel Ahrendt, Maria Ahrendt and Matt Ahrendt.
