It is with sadness that the passing of Alfred Swanson of Starke, Florida is shared. Alfred, born on January 17, 1947 in Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on September 25, 2026. Alfred will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mabel Lewis and George Swanson; his sister Gloria Starling; and his nephews, Michael Swanson and Otis Starling.
He is survived by: his brother Bobby Swanson (Connie) of Clay Hill; and his nieces, Jennifer Barrs (David) and Cheri Chesser (Randy) of Starke.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Book Hotel DeWitt C. Jones Chapel (620 Nona St, Starke, FL 32091). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
