He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Robert Haisten and Gertrude Haisten (Wilkerson); his wife Mary Haisten; and his sisters, Bonnie Doughman and Cindy Allen.
He is survived by: his children, Bo Haisten of Starke, Julie Haisten of Starke, Elaine Manning of Starke, Angie Davis (Vernon) of Glenn St and Shawnna Shaw (Ryon) of Lake Butler; and his grandchildren, Summer Shaw, Brandi Vartti, Josh Starling and Dylan Davis. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
