She is survived by: her husband Timothy Jerome McCormack of Starke, FL; her daughters, Michelle Lewis (Robert) of Oakland, TN and Amanda Cox of Jacksonville, FL; her sister DeLois Jackson (Jimmy) of Brighton, TN; her grandchildren, Kailyn Incillo, Ethan Sigler, Zachary Cox, Heavyn Incillo, MacKenzie Vandergriff (Logan) and Dalton Haislip (Kristin); and her great grandchildren, Kambri and Karman Haislip. She is also survived by several extended family members and dear friends.
