He is survived by: his children, Shannon Blankenship (Randy) and Steven Johnson (Banae); his grandchildren, Caleb Blankenship (Savanna) and Cathryn Blankenship; his siblings, Larry Alvarez (Kim), Sue Lutgens, Micki White, Kay Kight and Kevin Alvarez; and his aunts, Bonnie Rye and Earline Price. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, great grandchildren, and friends.
