He was predeceased by: his parents, Tullie Grandon Norman and Winifred Louise McRae Norman; his wife Annette Estelle Padgett Norman; his sisters, Helen Sapp and Dorothy Eggers; his siblings-in-law, Eldon Sapp, Bernard "Barney" Eggers, Kenneth Padgett, Elwood Padgett and Catherine Sapp; and his great grandchild Cohen Hanson.
He is survived by: his sons, Chester D. Norman (Angela) of Newberry, FL, Timothy C. Norman (Karen) of Jacksonville, FL and Wesley A. Norman (Karen) of Lake Butler, FL; and his grandchildren, Austin, Alex (Makala), Audrey, Rachel (Eli), Rosalea and Rebekah. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
