She was predeceased by : her parents, Maxie Tanner and Lois Tanner; her husband Tommy Edwards; her son Robert Edwards; her brother Randall Box; and her grandson Tim Edwards.

She is survived by : her children, Larry Edwards (Kathy) of Hawthorne, Lionel Edwards (Lynn) of Virginia Beach, VA and Alicia Padgett (John) of Starke; her grandchildren, Matt Edwards, Andrew Edwards, Curtis Edwards, Christopher Edwards, Joshua Edwards, Collie Padgett, Masey Padgett, Kelsey Padgett and Zack Melton; and her daughter-in-law Kim Edwards. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Archer-Milton Funeral Home (55 N Lake Ave, Lake Butler, FL 32054). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Long Branch Cemetery.
