She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Smart (Ralph) and Elizabeth Griffis Smart. She is survived by: her husband David Rhoden; her children, Teresa Rhoden and D. Raymond Rhoden (Rachel Rhoden); her grandchildren, Chase D. Rhoden, Shelby R. Rhoden, R. Cole Rhoden and Gracie N. Rhoden; her sister Dorothy Baskin (Roger Baskin); and her nephews, John Baskin (Jeannie Baskin) and Phillip Baskin.
